Shipping Information

I. Delivery area
Delivery is made to the following countries: Belgium, Denmark, Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, Austria, Sweden, Spain, 

II. Shipping costs
Shipping within Germany is free of charge.
For shipping to all other delivery countries we charge a flat rate of €14.99 per order.

III. Delivery time
The delivery time will be communicated to you on the respective product detail page. It applies to deliveries within Germany.
For deliveries to other countries, please add 7 working days to the stated delivery time.

IV. Information on calculating the delivery date
In the case of advance payment, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period.
If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
